Operations and Maintenance

The Maintenance department uses the Maintenance Direct work tracker system to track and respond to service requests.

Instead of catching us in the hall, sending an email, leaving a voice mail or handing us a note, the requests will be posted to a website where you and the Maintenance departments can track it. You will be updated as to the status of your request through email.

To Post a request, click on the "Maintenance Direct" icon above.

If this is your first time submitting a service request, you will need to register. Once you register, the next time you need to submit a service request, you will just need you login name and password.
