Parent Communication Regarding School Cancellation Procedures for 2016-2017

Dear Tri-Creek Families,

This is the time of year when we become concerned about weather delays and cancellations.  While we hope to maintain normal school day schedules as much as possible, our first priority is the safety of students and personnel.  As we all know, delays, cancellations and early dismissals are sometimes necessary.  Please review the below information regarding Emergency Weather School Delay and Closings that outlines when, where, and how these decisions and notifications will be made.  New this year are procedures for eLearning days.   We encourage everyone to review the memo and procedures so the students and families will be properly prepared in the event of a delay, cancellation, or eLearning day announcement.
